Thailand
Thailand: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in new, unused condition with complete packaging.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Products that have been opened or used.
• Products that are damaged, stained, or have missing parts/equipment due to the customer's actions.
• Customized products.
If the product is defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered, we will provide a return/exchange service free of charge.
Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 7-14 business days and will be returned via the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For items that do not meet the above criteria, the company reserves the right to refuse any refund.
Outside Thailand:
•Overseas orders are not handled under the above Thai return/exchange terms.
•For overseas returns, customers must bear round-trip international shipping fees, and items must remain brand-new, unused, and in their original packaging.
•In cases of product defects or shipping errors, please first contact us via the CHAT button (WhatsApp / Messenger / LINE) at the bottom right or by email. The Apogee team will assist you immediately.
